Ichthyosaur fossil

By Ian Campbell

The Ichthyosaur fossil is my favourite artefact in the museum because it is the oldest.  Ichthyosaurs swam in the sea that covered Kettering around 150,0000,000 BC.  It tells you what Kettering looked like at that time.  It is also my favourite artefact because in that time it was a fierce predator.

The thing does not look that scary so i am shocked that it was a preditor.
