Phase 1 October 2007 to March 2008
Setting up
- Work with small project team from St. Andrew's school to:
set up website
add contributions
reveal site to the rest of the school
get contributions from parents/relations
launch site

Phase 2 March to July 2008
Consolidation
- Market site to 5 more schools in Kettering
- Get contributions from each of these schools as per St. Andrews pilot

Phase 3 September 2008 onwards
Expansion
- Market site through Library, community groups, KBC
- Get further schools involved
